Thermostable T7 RNA polymerase

Thermo T7 RNA polymerase (Code No. TRL-201) is genetically engineered T7 RNA polymerase exhibiting increased thermal stability. The optimum reaction temperature of this enzyme is around 50°C, and the half-life at 50°C of this enzyme is approximately 85 min, whereas that of wild-type T7 RNA polymerase is approximately 1.9 min.

This enzyme is useful for the transcription at higher temperatures in various applications.
