HARDLEN® is resin grafted with Chlorine/and (or) maleic anhydride (CPO). HARDLEN® is designed to bond to polypropylene and other olefin-based (low surface energy) substrates including ABS, EPDM, PE, TPO, steel, and aluminum.
Adds adhesiveness to polyolefin without corona treatment, flame treatment, or any other surface treatment.
Can be blended with other resins, and used as pigment dispersed type coatings, ink vehicles, and other types of adhesives.
Our water-based and solvent-based products can be custom formulated to meet specific application requirements for viscosity, molecular weight properties and other performance standards such as weathering, humidity, water, alcohol and gasoline resistance.

Good coupling agent for glass fiber reinforced PP and mineral-filled PP.
HARDLEN® (Maleic acid modified Polyolefin) guarantees high quality and purity, meaning that unreacted MAH does not remain in our products. This fact enhances the prevention of surface migration.
Good compatibilizer between PP/PA, PP/EPDM, PP/PC etc.
Good coupling agent for glass fiber reinforced PP and mineral-filled PP.
Hot melt adhesives for aluminum foil and polyolefin as wrapping materials.
Hot melt lamination for multi-layer films such as EVOH/PP & PA/PP
